Working approach

How Human Patch Heritage collaborates with owners, renters, and building rules common to Ixelles and Saint-Gilles co-ownerships.

Respect the co-ownership

Stair protection, elevator booking, and quiet hours shape install days. We write carrier notes that match typical Brussels building house rules so delivery does not surprise neighbours.

Renters and owners

Renters receive reversible plans: freestanding furniture, curtain tracks that can come down, and paint only where landlords agree. Owners can choose longer-term interventions such as joined wardrobes.

Language and documents

Sheets are written in English; French labels can be added for local trades. We keep language plain so painters and upholsterers do not need design jargon.

Budget honesty

If a sofa you love will not clear the stair, we say so early and offer a joinery alternative with a realistic EUR range rather than forcing an online purchase.

Aftercare

For three months after install we answer short questions on care and minor rearrangements by email at no extra fee.
